THE TEAM
JEFF LONG
President
Jeff is the President of Sunsation Builders, Inc., a construction professional with over 30 years of construction and commercial photovoltaic solar project experience, prior to co-founding Sunsation Builders.
Previously, Jeff was the Director of Operations for an industry leading solar panel manufacturer, the Director of Construction for a leading California based Solar Developer, and also was the founder and sole owner of two leading General Contracting firms that specialized in structural steel fabrication/erection, as well as commercial scale solar construction and project management services.
Jeff possesses many certifications and licenses, including a California Contractors License with classifications “B” General, C-10 Electrical, C51 Structural Steel & C-60 Welding. Jeff is also is a Certified Structural Steel Welder, former Registered Construction Inspector with the American Construction Inspectors Association (ACIA), and a former Concrete Inspector with the American Concrete Institute (AWI).
OHANS (HOVIG) KHARMANDALIAN
Vice President
Hovig is the Vice President of Sunsation Builders and brings over thirteen years of experience as a photovoltaic system expert with a broad range of experience from residential, commercial, and industrial solar installation. Driven by his passion for creating a more sustainable environment, his work has taken him throughout
California, Mexico, Panama, the Caribbean, Canada and the continental US where he has supervised and built over seventy megawatts of PV systems.
His project portfolio includes rooftop solar, carports, ground mount systems and trackers with a client portfolio including local municipalities to school districts as
well as privately held corporations, EPC firms and large vertically integrated PV companies.
